When the information you provide is submitted you will receive a email advising you of your User ID and Temporary Password. Then you return to our website at www.eyelitz.com and go to the Optical Shop page and then click on the "order your contacts online here" link. It will then take you the area where you put in your User ID and Temporary password. You then will be instructed to create a new Password. You are on your way to ordering you contacts and have them delivered directly to you.
